Welcome to Image Craft Hub. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our professional image processing tools.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Image Craft Hub, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- All information you provide is accurate and up-to-date
Description of Services
Image Craft Hub provides professional-grade image processing tools including:
- Image resizing and optimization
- Format conversion (JPG, PNG for Free; JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP for Pro)
- Image compression
- Watermark application
- Favicon generation
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
User Accounts
When you create an account, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Providing accurate registration information
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
Subscriptions and Payments
Free Tier
Free accounts include 10 images per day with basic features.
Pro Plans
- Pro Monthly: $3.99/month
- Pro Half-Yearly: $20.99 every 6 months
- Pro Annual: $35.99/year
Billing
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Refunds must be requested within 21 days of purchase (70% of subscription period)
- Maximum of 2 refunds allowed per account lifetime
- 30-day cooldown period before re-subscribing after a refund
- Accounts showing patterns of abuse will be flagged and may lose refund privileges
- Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days
Anti-Abuse Policy: Repeated subscribe-cancel-refund cycles are considered abuse and may result in account suspension.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you don't own
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our service
- Use automated scripts to abuse our API or services
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- Your payment fails or subscription expires
- We detect fraudulent or abusive activity
- Required by law or legal request
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Disclaimer
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service.
