How does the free tier work?
The free tier allows you to process up to 10 images per day. The limit resets every day at midnight. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited processing and access to all premium features.
See Pro plans →Are my images uploaded to a server?
No! All image processing happens entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your images never leave your device, ensuring complete privacy and security. This also means the app works offline once installed.
What's included in the Pro subscription?
Pro subscribers get unlimited image processing, bulk processing with ZIP download (up to 100 images at once), saved presets, access to the Favicon Tool, and priority support. You can choose from monthly ($3.99), half-yearly ($20.99 - save 12%), or annual ($35.99 - save 25%) plans.
Upgrade to Pro →Can I process multiple images at once?
Yes! Pro subscribers can use our Bulk Processing tool to process up to 100 images simultaneously. You can upload entire folders, apply saved presets, and download all processed images as a ZIP file. Free users can process one image at a time. Upgrade to Pro to unlock bulk processing, saved presets, and queue history.
Can I use this app offline?
Yes! Image Craft Hub is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Once you install it on your device, you can use all the tools offline. Just tap the install button in your browser or add it to your home screen on mobile.
What image formats are supported?
Free users can convert between JPEG and PNG formats. Pro users have access to additional formats including WebP, GIF, and BMP for unlimited conversions.
How do I share processed images?
After processing an image, you'll see Download and Share buttons. The Share button uses your device's native sharing capabilities (available on most mobile devices and some desktop browsers). If sharing isn't available, you can always download the image and share it manually. Pro users can also download multiple processed images as a ZIP file from the Bulk Processing tool.
What's the maximum file size I can upload?
The default maximum file size is 10MB. Since all processing happens in your browser, very large images may take longer to process depending on your device's capabilities.
